A light and fragrant green oolong, it is best enjoyed using higher temperature water with a relatively short steeping time. Named after its bright golden-yellow.his tea is gown in Tung Ting Mountains at an altitude 600 meters. Tong-ding Oolong tea is unique for its ball-rolling processing step, tea leaves are so tight that look like a semi-ball type.
